Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between Smart City Tour and its customers regarding the online sale of guided tours and related services. By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these GTC.

2. Subscription and Access

The prices listed on our website are exclusively for the annual subscription to the services we provide. These prices do not cover admission tickets for external activities, such as museum visits. Tickets for these activities must be purchased separately.

3. Nominative Passports

Each subscription includes a nominative passport, which is strictly personal and non-transferable. Proof of identity may be required to verify usage.

4. Order

To place an order, the customer must follow the instructions provided on the Smart City Tour website. Upon successful completion of the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. The sale is considered final only after full payment has been received.

5. Price

All prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Smart City Tour reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of the order confirmation.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made at the time of subscription. Payments are securely processed via our online credit card payment system. The customer guarantees they are authorized to use the chosen payment method. No refunds will be issued after order confirmation.

7. Duration of Subscription

Subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the customer cancels their subscription or a guided tour, cancellation fees may apply as outlined during the booking process. Smart City Tour reserves the right to modify or cancel tours in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Liability

Smart City Tour is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we cannot be held liable for errors in the information provided by the customer during the subscription process (e.g., incorrect names or number of participants). Furthermore, Smart City Tour cannot be held responsible for material or bodily harm caused by third parties during guided tours or other activities.

10. Data Protection

Customer data collected during the subscription or booking process is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Customers may request access to, rectification, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us via the contact details below.

11. Disputes

In case of disputes, both parties agree to prioritize amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the matter.
